Fatima Junaid, one of the EpiSafe team members, presented a poster showcasing findings from our systematic review on seizure risk factors during pregnancy at this year’s British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society (BMFMS) Annual Meeting, held in Belfast on 8–9 May 2025. The event brings together obstetricians and midwives who care for pregnant women who also have medical conditions and tries to work on giving them the best care and outcomes.

The meeting provided a great opportunity to introduce EpiSafe to a wider audience and we look forward to continuing conversations with colleagues across maternal health and research communities.
